Shop policies
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Returns
Return requests are accepted via email to calmartshop@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
If something arrives damaged or if you have not received the product at all (all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the delivery date) I'll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you. If products are damaged please send a photo to calmartshop@gmail.com.
Cancellations
Cancellation requests are accepted within 12 hours of purchase via email to calmartshop@gmail.com.
